Chicken Stick Rice with Japanese Style Teriyaki Sauce (serves 1)

Ingredients
- Chicken Steak 1 piece (around 150g)
- Broccoli 2 pieces (around 30g)
- Sliced Carrot 20g
- White Sesame Seeds
- A bowl of Rice
Marinade
- Master Teriyaki Sauce
2 tbsp (get yours here)
Seasoning
- Master Teriyaki Sauce 2 tbsp (get yours here)
How to make it
- Marinade the chicken for 15 minutes in teriyaki sauce. Boil the broccoli and carrot until cooked, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in the pan with medium heat, and pan-fry the chicken with low heat until golden brown. Then, add the seasoning - teriyaki sauce - and pan-fry the chicken until cooked while the sauce thickens.
- Cut
the chicken into strips, then brush it with the remaining sauce and
sprinkle some white sesame seeds. Put the cooked broccoli and carrot
next to the chicken and serve over some rice.
