Before using www.sencha.lv website, please read the website's terms of use. By starting to use the website, the client, hereinafter - the Buyer - agrees to the Terms of Use.
Sencha.lv or CTG Group SIA, registration No. 40003699528, address: Braslas street 19A - 16, Riga, LV-1084, hereinafter – the Seller – provides the content available on the website and provides goods / services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.
- The purpose of creating and maintaining a website is to inform its users about the services, goods offered by www.sencha.lv and their use.
- The information on the website, regardless of its content, form, e.g. articles, prices, pictures, press sales, news, etc., is for informational purposes only.
- The Seller has the right to change, remove or amend the information contained in the website at any time without prior notice.
- The seller takes care of regular updating and improvement of information.
- Website users or buyers have the opportunity to use the functional solution on the website – to place orders for goods, following all instructions.
- www.sencha.lv does not take responsibility for technical errors that may occur during the use of functional solutions.
- The website may contain links to third party websites. www.sencha.lv does not assume responsibility for the content of third-party websites and the services and goods offered on it.

MAKING PURCHASES.
Prices and specification of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, add the products you want to the shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make a purchase payment to complete the order.
PAYMENT TERMS.
- The payment currency on the website is euro.
- It is possible to pay for the purchase by choosing a direct transfer or payment methods provided by the payment platform "EveryPay" in cooperation with "Swedbank AS".
- Using the online banking payment method, confirm the order and click on the "Return to merchant" button.
- Personal data necessary for making payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution "EveryPay" in cooperation with "Swedbank AS".
The agreement enters into force upon successful payment to the internet bank account LV07HABA0551049479688. If for some reason it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed about it and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days after receiving the notice.
DELIVERY.
- Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.
- We deliver to European countries such as Latvia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, England, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
- All duties and taxes that must be paid in order to receive the shipment at the delivery destination shall be borne by the Buyer.
- In the territory of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, all goods are delivered through the courier company Omniva SIA, which is provided by SIA Dans G company.
- Outside the territory of Latvia, delivery is carried out through Omniva or Venipak courier, which is organized by the company SIA Dans G.
- The purchased goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within 2-7 working days in the territory of Latvia, 2-8 working days in the territory of Estonia and Lithuania and within 7-12 working days in the territory of the European Union. In exceptional cases, we have the right to send goods up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer about it.
- When the order is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, it is considered accepted.

RETURN OF GOODS.
If the Buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the purchased goods, he must inform the sencha.lv team about it within 48 hours after accepting the order. The Buyer can inform about the unsatisfactory quality of the goods by phone +371 20219410 or e-mail i[email protected] .
- The goods must be returned in it's original packaging with the attached documents. Before returning the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by phone +371 20219410 or e-mail [email protected].
- The buyer is responsible for packing the goods that he / she wants to return.
- In order to return or exchange the purchased product, the following conditions must be met:
- A document confirming the purchase (check or bill of lading) must be submitted;
- The goods must be returned in their original packaging with the original labels intact;
- The goods must not be used;
- The goods must be clean;
- The seller is not obliged to accept a shipment that will not comply with the return instructions.
- If the Buyer wishes to receive a refund for the unsatisfactory purchase, he/she must submit a refund request by email. The request should contain his name, order number, information about what goods are returned and for what reason.
- When the Buyer's request is received both by e-mail and physically, the money will be returned within 14 working days to the Buyer's bank account from which the order was paid. If desired, the money can also be returned in gift codes, which can be used on the website.
- For all questions related to the return of goods, the Buyer must contact the team of the Senchas online store using the specified contacts. The buyer can return the goods only after receiving confirmation from the representative of the online store.
Procedure for the settlement of disputes.
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
Disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer shall be resolved by mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be referred for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to the court of the Republic of Latvia.
